We are a small family farm in the process of discovery. We are currently specializing in pork from our heritage Large Black Hogs and experimenting in the next steps – polenta and corn meal from heritage corn and dried heirloom beans plus some unique fruits are on the near horizon! We are located on twenty acres immediately south of Spokane, Washington at the base of Tower Mountain.
